Individual bookings
Pay per session via secure Stripe checkout. No account required — book and pay online in minutes.
Corporate accounts
Solicitor firms and local authorities can open a company account with a credit balance. Book on behalf of families and receive invoices centrally.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session receive a full refund or credit. Late cancellations may incur a partial charge to cover officer costs.
