Locations & Service Coverage
Civil App currently provides services across Hull, Leeds, York and Stoke-on-Trent, with the capability to mobilise services in additional areas across England subject to referral requirements, workforce availability, safeguarding considerations and service planning. Our qualified Civil Attendance Officers (CAOs) support the safe delivery, observation and documentation of Civil App services.

Travel
Travel requirements are assessed as part of referral planning. Where delivery is required outside the allocated Civil Attendance Officer's usual service area, any applicable mileage or travel charges will be confirmed before service commencement.
Venue hire
If you require a hired meeting room or family centre, we can advise on suitable venues in your area. Venue costs are separate from our service fee.
For regular services
Where ongoing programmes of Family Time or family support are required, the same Civil Attendance Officer (CAO) will be allocated where possible to promote consistency, relationship-building and continuity of observation and reporting.
For commissioners and professional referrals
Local authorities, solicitors, Cafcass, guardians and partner organisations can make referrals through a central professional account. Civil App supports secure digital case management, agreed reporting arrangements, consolidated invoicing, professional communication and full audit trails.
Referrals outside our established service areas are considered individually and are subject to workforce availability, risk assessment and mobilisation planning.
